The utilities are about 1,100' to the North of the property in the street. Payson City just ran power up Goosenest Drive within the last year, so power is super close now. We met with an excavation company out at the property and they said to run utilities to the property and repair the street would be between $400k-$700k (this number was given a couple years ago, but the power had not been run closer to the property either). They also said there is plenty of depth in the current sewer line to tap into the existing line. You could also do septic tanks like the surrounding neighbors have. This property has so much potential and with the lot sizes and views it could be an amazing little gem of a neighborhood.
